What is Ice and Water Shield?
Ice and Water Shield is a waterproof roof underlayment membrane developed to protect vulnerable areas on a roof from ice and water damage. Ice and water protectors are made with polymer-modified bitumen.
Do you cleanup after installing our new roof?
Our professional crews approach every job with care. Upon arrival of installation we will place a catch all and tarp and shrubs to prevent damage. Once your new roof is installed we will walk the grounds to pickup all debris and roll the area with high powered magnets to pickup any missed nails.
Can you just cover my existing shingles?
In some instances yes. This should be evaluated on a case by case basis. We highly recommend a re-roof which includes tearing off the old shingles to thoroughly inspect the integrity of your decking and roofing structure. This will ensure optimal performance with your newly installed shingles.
